I scream, you scream, we all scream for Klan ice cream!
Inspired by Snoopy of The Local (and taken far too literally by others)...
Swedish ice cream makers, GB Glace, sparked a controversy last year when introducing a new ice cream bar, Nogger Black. Nogger Black is a (black) licorice flavored ice cream bar.
To stereotype Swedes, all Swedes love black licorice. All of them. That's right, all 9 million Swedes love the shit.
While GB Glace was most attentive to the needs of the consumer, they innocently overlooked the fact that Nogger Black may be deemed a trifle bit offensive. The picture above was created by some sinister minded Swedes (ok...comically brilliant Swedes) to parody Nogger Black confection.
Neither, in my opinion, can hold a candle to Piggelin, though.

Geez, Kodos they look like something from the South I think. Actually I don't think the Swedes get it.
But black licorice is so good. Especially fazar salty black licorice. There's a small Finnish store in Toronto that has everything good.
Don't they look Southern???
Mmmmm...salty black licorice, jungle screams and turkish pepper. I love it all. In moderation, of course.
I bring back bags of the stuff for my doctor. He's now addicted.
Oh, Kodos likes salty Fazar licorice. Would Kodos like some sent to her? It's suppose to be bad but so good!!
Mmmmmmm!!! Right now my stock level is actually pretty decent. I haven't cracked into any of my bags since Conkers and Karro were visiting, if you can believe that.
I may take you up on the offer shortly, though. My appetite hath returneth.
Any guesses on the troll, Brazil? I have some. Hmmmmmm.
Anytime you would like salty licorice it will be yours. We have a large Swedish and Finnish population in Canada.
Plus they do sell lots of other Kodos goodies that she might not be able to get in the deep South.
This is hilarious .... Nordics with a sense of humor, must be global warming......this is truly an eye scream.
We have to have a sense of humour with the rest of the world because even though they are laughing at us, we are laughing at them.
Is there a link for the Finnish store in Toronto? There are some Finnish decor type items that Kodos fancies a lot. And Chanukkah is not very far off. Good ideas for the out-laws. hihihihihi
Don't be fooled, Emory. The Swedes have a very wicked sense of humor...should they choose to actually speak. =)
Yes...And the Swedes are also usually laughing at the rest of us. And rightfully so.
