Free Speech

Espied on my commute to work this morning:

A white banner hanging on the overpass on Davis Drive over I-40, reading:

Impeach Bush
Torture Cheney

How the worm turns. Even in the Conservative South.

I hope so. I really do.

Another interesting thing I have noticed is the lack of Bush/Cheney and Bush bumperstickers on SUVs and pick-up trucks. I'm wondering if the kool-aid is no longer working.

On the other hand, Dock had a miserable lunch with an associate today who was saying the Democrats were lying their asses off, yet again. I asked Dock if he stabbed the guy with his fork. Sadly, Bush lover is a customer and Dock had to behave.

The lack of stickers is a sure sign that opinion is lacking in the Bush. I hope the Demos are not lying through there teeth to get votes. But to serve one's fork to another is just bad manners. But sometimes there is nothing wrong with that.
We here in Canada have our problems but there are nothing compared to the good ole U.S.A's problems. Go to www.cbc.com. And read about the solider's story that I read.

OMFG...

Is this the Arar story? This is appalling!

Naturally, we wouldn't see anything like this on our news. You know...with the liberal media trying to protect everything.

How absolutely disgusting.

Can you say censorship, I knew could. I just can't understand it. Land of the free Home of the brave. You read of a government gone wrong and admitting there wrong at that. Coud it be, that faults are actually said out loud.
I never thought this in my lifetime.

I can't say censorship. The Pointy Object Patrol will come after me.

Scary and disturbing times in which we live. I wonder what Orwell would think.
