The Darkness
Since I started off the day talking about things that stink, I'm going to stick with the topic and just make it a theme sort of day.
What is up with the new album by The Darkness? I'm listening to One Way Ticket to Hell right now and it's not a very good song. The most unfortunate part is that One Way is the strongest track on the album.
Their website says, "The Darkness have saved rock 'n' roll...Again!" From what, exactly?
Another gem from The Darkness is this: "Their 'painstaking' second album has at long last emerged, and One Way Ticket To Hell …And Back was truly worth the wait, not to mention its own weight – in gold!"
No. The album was not worth the wait and I prefer platinum to gold. Hells...I prefer silver to gold. Gold is just ghetto. And the ghetto, my friends, is where Justin will be if he keeps making crap like this and snorting his royalties up his nose.

Guys- isn't the whole "wow, I can't feel my face" thing getting a bit old by now? I know it makes you feel like you've finally made it to do endless rails of blow off the stomachs of lingere models, but it isn't very good for long term career prospects. Weren't you paying attention to Oasis? What about Black Sabbath? I mean, do you really want to end up like Ozzy Osbourne? C'mon... more rock, less blow.
Without blow, there would be no ELO.
Oh...that's horrible.
