Hazardous Scare

A jail in Atlanta is under "lock-down." A mysterious envelope arrived in the prison mail containing white powder. The Haz-Mat team has been deployed.

When I hear the words, white powder and jail...Anthrax would be the last substance that would come to mind. Maybe I have spent too much time watching Oz. Anthrax? Try Peruvian Marching Powder.
