Abuse of the English Language...Redux
This morning, chatting on The Local, a tangent arose (as tangents do). The topic of the conversation was the abuse and misuse of the apostrophe.
As you may know, nothing irritates Kodos more than incorrect spelling. Nothing.
Well, if you wish to piss off Dock Ellis, simply slap an apostrophe in an inappropriate place. And wait for his head to explode.
I found this gem on line the other day. I think Dock's new name is going to be Bob the Angry Flower. You can find out more about Bob the Angry Flower here.

One of my gal-pals tells me that Kingdom of Loathing has a compulsory grammar test that one must take before participating in their forum. I think it's a fantastic idea.
People who cannot spell, utilize spell check or form a proper sentence should not be allowed to post anything on the interweb. They should not be allowed to procreate, let alone breathe.
The only exception to that rule should be those using their second or third language(s). If you bastardize your mother tongue the written medium is no place for you.
